Storyline: The storyline is very creative. They based it on androids[boomers] being the next evolution and though that's been tried before it was much more creative.
Characters: The characters are really easy to get attached to making the whole anime a better experience. Near the end when Nene finds out that Mackey is a boomer type thing like Galatia(sp?), she still loves him and all that crap making the emotions easy to connect with.
Animation: Some people think that it has lesser animation quality than the OAV, but I personally think that it looks better.
Violence: Good amounts. =^_^=
Overall score: 40/40 -- Great anime and definately worth the d/l.
